Following the successful launch of the first ‘I Luv Africa’ Film Festival (ILAFF) in Ghana last year, RWUL (Reel Worldwide Underground Link) will be hosting the 2nd version of the week-long event at the Goethe-Institut in Accra this September.
RWUL, a US-based non-profit organization that promotes independent film and cinema is calling for the submission of short films for consideration for this years event.
ILAFF 2014 Short Film Submission is open from March 1, 2014-July 1, 2014. Films must be in length of 5-30 minutes long and must be produced, written, directed, or have cinematography done by an independent filmmaker of African descent. Film submissions have FREE entry and filmmakers are allowed to submit only one film for consideration.

All rights are reserved for ILAFF 2014 by RWUL. Films will only be screened by ILAFF 2014 film committee judges and only used for the screening purposes of ILAFF 2014 if selected. Filmmakers will be notified by email if their film is selected to be screened.
