South African fashion outlet LEGiT have teamed up with mobile boutique Punk and Ivy in a new collaborative collection that is innovative and style-savvy.
‘Bianca and Khaya Sibiya are the duo behind Punk & Ivy, a team that brings fashion to the streets in the form of a mobile boutique (motique). The couple have collaborated with LEGiT to create the Don’t Conform range, which has a unique range of prints that Punk & Ivy are known for. Inspired by street culture, Khaya and Bianca are excited about being able to continue the story of style and fashion by drawing inspiration and strength from history through the brand Punk & Ivy.’-LEGiT
LEGiT’s slogan of ‘Don’t Tell Me What To Wear’ has become a mantra for young South African women who want to prove their independence through fashion forward and innovative fashions.
The editorial features Rwandan supermodel Happy J Umurerwa who poses in the new mixed media spread which is photographed by Ross Garrett and stylized with whimsical illustrations by Dani Loureiro.
