-New African Women

Polish photographer Bartlomiej Staszowski‘s new editorial ‘Savannah Soul’ for New African Magazine (issue 20) celebrates the intrinsic beauty of African masks.

For the editorial, hair stylist Emmanuel Esteban and make up artist Christine Torres styled models Cherish Afrik and Dorcas Wangui with elaborate hair pieces and artistic tribal face paint to give the illusion of a traditional face mask.
