About the Author

Dr Okorafor is an award-winning novelist notable for her African-based science fiction. She holds a PhD in Literature and is a creative writing professor at Chicago State University.

Her first book Zahrah the Windseeker was the winner of the Wole Soyinka Prize for Literature.
