Masai Portraits by Antti Viitala

Finnish photographer Antti Vittala‘s inspiration for ‘Masai Portraits’ came from old techniques practiced by photographers from the past. The implementation of the sepia tone and grainy texture are reminiscence to historical images from the nineteenth century.

Antti Vittala was born in Finland and lives between Helsinki and Cape Town (South Africa). His clients include Marie Claire, the Finnish Tourism Board, Scandanavian Airlines and Vodka.
