London’s first/best and only literary nightclub is teaming up with the London African Music Festival ‘to tell some of the freshest stories from Africa and beyond’.
Award winning author Noo Saro-Wiwa, whose travel book ‘Looking For Transwonderland: Travels In Nigeria‘, debuted earlier last year will be present to share some insights into the ‘continents beating heart’, while Trinidadian poet Roger Robinson will read from his new collection ‘The Butterfly Hotel.’

Other guests scheduled to be in attendance include Glaswegian-Nigerian contemporary acoutic jazz singer Bumi Thomas, Zimbabwean poet Belinda Zhawi and Inua Ellams.

The event will take place on 19th Sept 13 at The Flyover (Portobello), ‘London’s most intimate urban hang suite’.
