Somali-Canadian sisters Faarrow are set to rule the world with their debut track ‘Rule the World’.
Born in Mogadishu, Siham and Iman Hashi immigrated to Toronto at the age of 4 and 5.
Now based in Los Angeles, Faarrow have become the first female Somalis to land a major label record deal. Through their online jewelry store W.I.S.H. Creatively, the girls are spokeswomen in their own right -they donate profits to help Somalian women and children based in the world’s largest refugee camp, in Kenya.
Rule the world is a catchy blend of hip hop and pop backed by a militant beat which shows off the girls spunky free-spirited personalities.See Also:
